Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within 7 business days.

Sale Items:
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items.

The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

If you need to make a return, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We cannot otherwise guarantee receipt of the returned item.

All packaging is prepared with care and attention, not only for the products contained within them, but also in a broader perspective, mainly using FSC certified recycled paper, thus reducing the use of plastic to a minimum.
